Employers are seeking new ways to learn about neurodiversity and connect with neurodiverse individuals to include in their talent pool. However, operationalizing that connection proves difficult.
UConn's Inclusive Employer Network (IEN) offers companies a way to communicate directly to students, alumni, and other neurodivergent individuals about their efforts in this space. Employers can also share internship and job opportunities with the neurodiverse community that exclusively meet our established standards for neuroinclusion.
